Gee Thanks Santa...!!!

Yee-ow.........just what I needed!!!.............NOT!!!

BUT SANTA....I certainly didn't mind getting this!!! Nanette from Freda's Hive was so generous to include me in one of her wonderful Christmas goody packages. This little star ornament is just so lacy.....sweet and too darn cute for words! She created these by cutting up and using a vintage Christmas table cloth.....she tells how on her blog....go see. I'm ga ga over the neat little pile of cute squares of fabric she included too. They really remind me of all things vintage-ee. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness Nanette!!! You need to scoot on over to Nanette's blog and read up on an upcoming retreat she will be involved with!

AND SANTA....whatever could be in this lovely little package???

WOW....it's this fabulous apron made by the ever so creative AMANDA from the Busy Little Quilter blog. Amanda had a giveaway on her blog for one of these cutie patootie aprons....and I won.....and since she knew I loved and collected Santas, she made mine with this great vintage looking Santa fabric. Go here to get the pattern Amanda shares for this 'fat quarter' apron. Thank you for my apron Amanda....it really is so so cute!!!

  6. Now *that* is a fabulous apron! I'd wear it all season long. I might have to hunt down that fabric. Thanks for the link to the pattern - so easy!

I have an ice cream maker, very decadent so we don't use it very often. But sooooo delicious!

  7. ...anything with Cuisinart is the "best gift ever" and that's been my experience, for real, just sayin'... although there are some treasures here that are pushing for first place that's certain!

  21. ohh, I would be in so much trouble with that little cuisinart! 2 quarts in 25 minutes?? I'm sure my hubby could eat it fast enough that we'd have to do a couple batches at a time!

So, when can I come for ice cream? I love homemade ice cream, but I don't own an ice cream maker. It's probably a good thing!
