I have completed the top of my Waverunner. It's kind of wild and crazy isn't it?? The more I look at it and study it the more I like it!!!
The point of this quilt....NO RULERS. I just cut my strips with my rotary cutter 'free style'. Of course I used my square up ruler to cut the individual 10 " squares, but other than that..."baby you're on your own!!!"
Now, I just need to decide how I'm going to piece the back.
this is so cool hapi nu year

As Steve Martin would say "it's one wild and crazy thing." A cheerful project to work on in the gloomy days of winter.
ReplyDeleteHey Belinda! It looks great! I like the size too!
ReplyDeleteThe process,It's not for everyone...But I say, as long as it's stitched, and stays together, it's a quilt....I like a good project to free up my sewing skills once in a while...
I like how you put a lot of little bits and smaller bits in here and there... And you have a nice balance of color too. light.mediums.darks... Works well!
I love the look of that wave quilt! Happy New year!
